About Me
Heyooo, I’m Jesse and I’m super stoked you’re here. You can call me Jesse Kay if you want, but my name is actually Jesse Kristine. Kristine, what a K- Kay, get it? A friend of mine actually came up with the name and it stuck! I’m a photographer currently based out of Waco, TX. I’m from a little town in New Mexico but I was born and (mostly) raised in a small mountain town in Arizona. How did I end up in Texas? A sweet boy won me over, and so has this big, flower covered, green state. I love Jesus, succulents, donuts, a perfectly sweetened matcha latte, anything rose gold, hiking, the water and my fiancé.
I discovered my passion for documenting love stories after I graduated from college. I guess you could say I was on a search to find out what kind of career I wanted and I accidentally bumped into photography. Now I’ve been in this biz for two years! And let me tell you, it makes my heart beat FAST. Everyone’s story is so unique, and that’s been the coolest thing about being a photographer. Learning about the lives of others and making new life long friends.
It’s super important to me that I am able to properly serve you and be more than just another vendor. That’s why building a relationship is the lifeblood of my business. I can’t wait to get to know more about you and your love story! If you wanna go explore or grab some coffee, I’m your girl! I wanna know everything about you and your honey! Want me to photograph your wedding, elopement, engagement sesh? You’ll also get a new best friend ; ) Shoot me an email and let’s do this dang thing!

I’m weirdly obsessed with flowers and you will never catch me with unpainted nails. I’ve been cliff jumping (where my Lake Powell fans at?) and riding quads since I was a baby. (Yes, I’m being serious.) I’d say I’m the perfect combo of girly and adventurous. I like to hike, swim, enjoy the fresh air, but I also like a nice fresh pedicure ya feel me? I can eat a whole bag of sunflower seeds in one sitting and if you’re in the car with me for too long you’ll probably have to hear me belt out every single word of Bohemian Rhapsody. No shame in my rap game.
